Pattern Study
For a fibers course I worked to create several patterns to be jacquard woven. The circles were inspired by the remnants of punch cards. Interesting to think about physical representations of negative inputs of data.
Peanuts Re-Work
Weekly projected from a digital arts class. Prompt was to rework an existing cartoon. Obviously I chose peanuts, Schulz is one of the greatest artists of all time. Fascinated with the impact of "Happy" by Pharell, regarding lawsuits, Trump, and India, I sought to emulate this fascination is the most schulzesque way I could.
